Professional Services to support institutional risk management improvement for selected aBi 2020 Limited Tier IV partners.

 

The main objective of this consultancy is to support selected Tier IV FIs to put in Enterprise Wide Risk Management framework that is aligned to ISO 31000:2018 standard, that are commensurate with their current levels of business but with potential for scalability in view of anticipated growth while managing the risks in a prudent manner. The frameworks should cover Risk Management principles, process and framework are the key ingredients for risk management among other areas.

Tender Advert for Green Growth Baseline Study Consultancy Services  

The overall objective of the study is to establish a baseline study for the Green Growth (GG) strategy 2021-2025 and set up a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system.

Specific objectives

  1. To articulate GG related indicators and means of verification (MoVs) for outputs, outcomes and impacts of the past and existing interventions and/or projects.
  2. Determine and/or validate the means of measurement for all GG indicators
  3. Establish qualitative and quantitative benchmark data for all the GG related outputs, outcomes and impacts for the past and current interventions and/or projects. Determine the baseline values for all output, outcome and impact indicators so as to be able to monitor and compare progress throughout the GG strategy lifetime.
  4. Identify contextual factors which may skew the data collected and affect the baseline indicators and/or results such as prevailing climatic conditions that are not in line with what may usually be expected
  5. Identify both contextual and project specific challenges and opportunities that the project may encounter during delivery.
  6. Rank the past and current interventions and/or projects in the order of highest – least GG outputs, outcomes and impacts.
  7. Integrate the GG baseline findings into aBi’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system.
