The aBi Grant Management System (GMS) is an end-to-end system that allows an agribusiness or implementing partner to submit a concept note, apply for a grant and ultimately then manage their aBi project using Financial and M&E tools within the GMS. The system is also used as a single data and document repository point to be accessed by both the grantees and aBi staff, for all project documentation.

Call for Application: EUDR Compliance Funding Window

Project Title: Sustainable Coffee Traceability and Compliance Systems for EUDR/CS3D Regulatory Standards Compliance.

1.1 Purpose of the call aBi Development Ltd (“aBi-D”) is implementing a 5-year Green Agrifoods System Programme (GRASP) for period 2024-2028 funded by the Government of Denmark and European Union. Under GRASP, aBi- D is seeking applications from established business enterprises, coffee farmer organisations or Consortia for co-funding to establish or enhance / expand existing robust farm-to-ship coffee traceability and EUDR/CS3D compliance systems. This project aims to empower these actors to maintain access to European markets considering the recent enactment of European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and Cooperate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D). Enterprises without any existing IT solution already in place are free to partner with any existing IT solution provider. The proposed platforms should be financially self-sustaining, and if possible be able to interface with the National traceability system, existing traceability systems and future industry platforms, and must comply with national data privacy laws (including those outlined by the UCC) and UCDA regulations. The application can be done in either of the two categories below:

Category 1 - Business Enterprises & Producer Organisations:

Coffee Cooperative Unions & societies, Coffee Farmer Organisations, Coffee Traders, and Coffee Exporters.

Category 2 - Consortia:

Consortia of the actors in category 1 above active in the Coffee Value Chain (CVC).
